Program Overview – Three Sessions for Parents/Teachers Volunteers

1️⃣ Parents Orientation (Session 1) 

It provides an overview of the Kannada Academy, including a brief introduction to the syllabus, homework structure, evaluations, and how teaching is conducted in the school.

This session is open to everyone—Parents, Teachers, School administrators.

2️⃣ Demo Class (Session 2)

This session demonstrates how an actual class is conducted.

It is mainly intended for teachers, though parents may attend to observe the teaching process.

All teachers are expected to attend this session to align with teaching methodologies and to learn tools used for instruction, such as Google Classroom.

📌 Student–teacher ratio is 5:1, so we need more teachers.

3️⃣ Teacher Training (Session 3)

This session is primarily for teachers and covers detailed information about the overall syllabus, classroom expectations, and general do’s and don’ts.

It is suitable for new teachers and also serves as a refresher for existing teachers. Attendance is open, with no restrictions 👍
